Alex Varelas
My background in finance led me to an interest in commercial lending – how do SMB owners access the funds necessary to grow and expand their business venture? I’ve worked in residential mortgage lending, sales and have now switched gears to commercial lending. Through a deep inquiry into lenders, borrowers, and business sales, I’ve put together a network of lenders that are ready to finance business growth.
Originally from Arizona, I moved to Austin, Texas to participate in the dynamic, thriving business community. I enjoy the creative and innovative culture here in Austin, especially businesses that are charged for growth, but that have run into barriers accessing traditional financing. Let’s make it happen!
